Dance School Turning Point in Curaçao was founded in 1999 by Rita Koeks and has been led by Tessa van der Zande since September 2018.

Turning Point offers a wide range of dance styles for various age groups: toddler dance, children’s dance, classical ballet, pointe, jazz, musical, modern, street dance, and hip-hop.

For the more motivated and dedicated dancers, we offer extra training in selection groups.

Connected to the school is Dance Company Turning Point, a foundation committed to furthering dance development on the island. This is done through workshops, international guest teachers, funding tuition fees for students from lower-income families, and organizing study trips abroad for the school’s most advanced and motivated dancers.

We are a dream team of six teachers, here to give your children the most fun and highest-quality dance training on the island!
