Dancing, jumping, and imagining freely — through playful exploration, children are introduced to basic dance concepts that they build on with each class.

While having fun, they develop spatial awareness, improve both gross and fine motor skills, and nurture their creativity and imagination in a movement-rich environment connected to their own world of experience. As they grow, the dance steps become more challenging, and they practice remembering choreography and creating their own dances.

Above all, the focus remains on joy — working together, listening to music, and feeling free and happy to improvise, create, and move.
